The following is a list of items that we need for the Hospice to help improve the facilities and equipment we have available.
If you are willing to fund the purchase of any of these items please contact us first to make sure that someone else has not already offered to purchase the item and to make sure you understand exactly what we need. This is very important as we want to make sure no gifts are wasted or duplicated and that the gift meets the infection control requirements.

NEW ITEM: Water fountain / feature for the Hospice pond

In an effort to improve the welcoming, calm atmosphere here at the Hospice, our Hospitality, Maintenance & Housekeeping teams are looking for a fountain water feature to enhance the pond area. With an illuminated fountain like the one pictured it would make the pond look fantastic, particularly in the evenings.

5x Sofa Beds - To be used in patients' rooms, for their relatives to stay with them in comfort. These sofa beds are a great space saver, as the two arms fold to the side to create a single bed, rather than pulling a large bed from the front of the sofa. They are perfect for our patients' families to stay with them in their own rooms. We have a specific model / colour in mind so please get in touch before purchasing a sofa bed!

Tower Scaffolding - needed to enable our maintenance department to carry out tasks both indoors and outdoors, in hard to reach areas.

Hospital Food Trolley - for the safe transportation of hot and cold food for patients both to our Day Hospice and the Ward areas. These trolleys are vital as they allow our patients to enjoy delicious hot food in the comfort and safety of their own rooms.
