About this deal

If you’d rather paint your own Reiver action figure, the Artist’s Proof is the ideal choice. What’s more, in place of the Ultramarines Reiver’s bolt carbine and a grav-chute, this version is equipped with alternative wargear in the form of a grapnel launcher, offering added variety should you get them both. Ork Meganob With Shoota The Left Shoulderpad features more ornamentation and is fully gold whilst featuring a campaign emblem sheild. As I walked into Warhammer Chesterfield last week, there were as many Gold Label Warhammer models available as there was everything else (on day of release). Really looking forward to seeing these ones painted up by some of you pro’s out there. Warhammer McFarlane Big Mek Awww yes! This is awesome. An incredibly detailed sculpt. Remember just over a year or so ago when we were crying out for Plastic Sisters, and here they are now represented in cast resiny stuff and standing 7″ tall! awesome

Other than that the proportions of the marine look pretty spot on. Though the Pistol and the Chain Sword look a bit small they actually look good when he’s holding them.

The artists proof is a better model in that we finally have a Mcfarlane sculpt with a face, and it looks pretty decent to boot. So, what’s the difference between this Platinum Sister and the other variants? Well, there are 2 huge differences that will (may) make you want it! Identical to the model above in regard to loadout, but this model removes the Blood Angel Insignia from the shoulder pad along with replacing the chest Aquila with the one from the Wave 1 Ultramarine sculpt. All models are dynamically poseable and feature multiple points of articulation. they also come with stands (though unfortunately not an equivalent size or the same shape as we get with our wee plastic models. McFarlane Warhammer Figures – Artists Proof Variants In addition, most advertising networks offer you a way to opt out of targeted advertising. I don’t know about you, but I feel less inspired by Necron Sculpts in general, be they 7″ or 32mm, there’s just not that much interesting detail on them.Firstly, this one actually is limited, but not only in availability, but also how you even get your hands on these models.

This particular model doesn’t even have the grotesque grim darkyness of the new Flayed ones from Pariah Nexus Due to the Tabbard, this sister does not look quite as posable as the Ultramarine, In Fact, the only real difference between the two promo shots is that one is pointing the Bolter up and the other is pointing it downward. The Aquilla matches the above Hellblaster. The Blood Drop relic has been changed and has also switched sides. Though most of these are identical to an equivalent painted model, there are a couple with changes (essentially to de-faction) shown below. Yes, that’s a mouthful. for more on the Platinum Collection see the top of this article in case you skipped it.

The Artists’ Proof edition of the mega-armoured Ork Big Mek is the perfect opportunity for you to try your hand at painting a large-scale greenskin. Armed and equipped with the same wargear as the painted version, you can add your own creative flair to this awesome action figure to make it truly your own. Tyranid Genestealer If you’re feeling especially outlandish, the Artist’s Proof version represents one of the infamous Ymgarl Genestealers, complete with the tell-tale combination of scything talons and feeder tendrils. As a blank canvas, you can paint your action figure in the colours of your Hive Fleet of choice. It’s almost like Mcfarlane found out that JoyToy were also making Reivers and so figured, we’ll if they are doing it with their quality level. we probably shouldn’t even bother trying too hard. Ultramarine Reiver – Artists Proof Interesting. Though I would have expected Dark Angels, Space Wolves, Imperial Fists or Salamanders first. The Body sculpt is identical to the model used in Series 1. Just with the hands swapped out, the skin bits added and a spikey spine. All of the surface battle damage is identical to last years model. McFarlane Necron Flayed One – Artists Proof

He looks fairly posable too even though he has fewer points of articulation than the Bandai version McFarlane Toys – Necron Warrior Right so, below we detail the specific models you get in each wave of the Mcfarlane Series. McFarlane Warhammer Figures – Wave 1 McFarlane Toys – Ultramarines Primaris Assault Intercessor

Super Powers

Identical to the previous releases in terms of the sculpt and accessories, but this time in Red and White. Comes unpainted to give customers the same option to paint the figure however they desire just like the iconic Warhammer 40 ,000 miniatures It’s more like the classic GW Flayed One sculpts which were, not great… It’s a beaten up Necron with some flesh lazily hanging off the face and shoulders. The BigMek is a trash-beast of a model when compared to your standard infantry, the throw-together Space Marine suit.
