The speaker is connected between the + side outputs of the two amplifiers, and the voltage between the speaker terminals is 0V, but the voltage between the speaker terminals and GND is half the power supply voltage. I really appreciate the availability of a combined low pass and high pass filter although the lower cutoff setting available (70 Hz) could be limiting in some setups. Considering that my Dali Zensor 3 are not exuberant on the low frequencies, the use of the subwoofer (with a cutoff at either 80 or 90 Hz) significantly improved the final quality of the sound. Thanks Keith for the detailed information. It helps to understand just what this product is. I have about ten days left on my potential return, and though I’m very impressed, there are reasons to maybe pass for now and possibly wait for another version. People have observed that the company usually just releases something else rather than fix issues. Not sure about that but they (SMSL and Topping too) are definitely producing a lot of products, at similar price points.

It would be also useful to have the possibility to have as an option a full frequency range output for the SWOf these, only the SE (single-ended) type and PSE (parallel single-ended) type are capable of high-level input through speaker output. It is also worth pointing out that the A30a is a digital amp, not class D. This means that there is no dac in a conventional sense. I don’t fully understand it, but I believe that the amplification stage takes the digital signal directly. My point here is simply to point out that it's actually quite simple to create "a totally digital amplifier"...

USB transmission ....................................................................Asynchronization sub volume is not consistent with speaker volume. They rise and fall unevenly. At low volumes you may have way too much sub, and at high volumes it disappears. This means you have to adjust the sub volume every time you adjust the main volume. My plan with the dacs was to try them out in several setups to see their performance relative to my DC-1 and XMC-1. That is ongoing, as I haven’t been able to try all the variations, especially using the dacs as preamps vs dac only. The DC-1 has a pretty nice analog in, and the XMC-1 has a balanced input. The reason for that is I’ve been busy enjoying the Sabaj, which is a pretty incredible piece! This description applies to all "digital amplifiers" as well as a few other types (like PWM amplifier circuits - which can have analog inputs).SNR ..........................................................................................................116dB Therefore, if a wire other than the speaker is connected to a BTL amplifier, the amplifier may be short-circuited and damaged due to overcurrent. For the test I used my Dali Zensor 3 bookshelf speakers (I had no time to switch them with my Elac Vela BS 403). I know the Dali are not considered “audiophile grade” however they perform pretty well in my room and are quite analytic on the mids and highs. So I'm a bit late to the Sabaj a30a party, but I just received the AMP from Ali-express, and would like to have my take on this device.
